The National ProStart Invitational® is the country’s premier high school competition focused on restaurant management and culinary arts. The 14th Annual National ProStart Invitational will be held in Anaheim, California from April 18-20, 2015.
Top ProStart® students from from across the globe will compete in the event. This talented group of students will showcase their passion and skills in front of nearly 1,000 friends and family, educators and industry leaders.
McIntosh Culinary Arts Department dedicates this acheivement to Dick Schaffan, for without his continued support this program wouldn't be what it is today.
