What's Cooking!!
On Saturday October 25th 2014 the McIntosh High School ProStart chefs spent all afternoon volunteering their time at the Ronald McDonald House in Bismarck North Dakota. They made versions of their Homecoming Queen freezer meals and take-n-bake cookie dough. The chefs had a marvelous time and enjoyed sharing their skills with families in need.
The McIntosh ProStart Culinary department recieved excellent news! The ProStart students won a KNG Photo contest and will have thier photo featured in the upcoming KNG promotional calendar. The department will also recieve $250.00 which will be used to purchase a classroom set of chef coats and hats. Stay tuned for more details!
